Why C.A.S.E.S Institute is supporting Ukraine
Dear friends and family -
Both those near and dear, and those connected to us through the human bond -
I started The C.A.S.E.S Institute with the pure desire to connect communities. I raised my children to be citizens of the world, and placed a great importance on the value of growing and supporting the communities where you belong - no matter your definition of community. My children have lived on 4 different continents, and I am so proud that they are concerned citizens of the world. Today however, we find ourselves frustrated, and feeling helpless to support and create impact for the people of Ukraine.
The C.A.S.E.S Institute is highly concerned about the current war’s impact on the innocent people of the Ukraine, as are nearly all Americans and so many others around the world. When Dr. Robert Kramarczuk, a former professor of mine, shared his story and connection to Charity Foundation “Humanitarian Initiative”, I felt fortunate that The C.A.S.E.S Institute could be in a position to assist.
Consistent with the Institute’s goals of leveraging technology for the benefit of older adults, persons with disabilities, children, and entire communities, we have initiated the Aiding Ukraine program. We will use our resources and abilities to help raise funding for humanitarian programs in the Ukraine.
We are eager to help in any way we can. And we sincerely appreciate your assistance and that of your family, friends and whomever you define as your community.
We are jointly working to make the world a better place for people in need.
With warm regards from my family to yours,
Joel Ackerman
